SMS & Phone Call Consent Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages and/or telephone calls(including prerecorded or automated calls) from SEK Productions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) about our services, events, promotions, updates, and other business communications (the “Program”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation and consent under federal and state telemarketing lawsapplicable in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

2. Scope of Consent

a) You agree to receive promotional, transactional, and informational SMS or voice calls at the phone number you provide.
b) Typical messages include event reminders, offers, confirmations, or service updates.
c) Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
d) Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
e) Message frequency may vary; generally up to 4 messages per month.

3. Opt-In Process

You opted in voluntarily by:

Entering your mobile number on our website or online form and confirming consent;

Checking a clearly labeled consent box; or

Sending an opt-in keyword (e.g., “JOIN” or “YES”) to a designated short code or number.

Your consent is recorded with the date, time, source, and method as required by the TCPA and state laws.

4. Timing of Communications

We contact subscribers only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time, in compliance with:

47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(c)(1) (FCC rule),

N.J.A.C. 13:45A-31.2,

73 P.S. § 2242 (Pennsylvania Telemarketer Registration Act), and

6 Del. C. § 2513 (Delaware Consumer Fraud Act).

We will not knowingly send marketing communications outside those hours without separate, express consent.

5. Opt-Out / Revocation of Consent

You may revoke consent at any time.

For SMS: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

For calls: email [email protected] or call (8567250521) and request removal from our contact list.
After we process your request (typically within 1 business day), you will no longer receive automated or promotional communications.
You may text HELP for assistance or contact support for further information.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the information necessary to deliver SMS/call communications and manage consent records.
Your data will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing.

All consent records are securely maintained for at least four years in accordance with TCPA documentation best practices.

7. Do Not Call (DNC) and State Registries

a) We honor all federal and state “Do Not Call” requests, including those under the National DNC Registry.
b) If your number appears on a DNC list, we will only contact you if you have provided express written consent or there exists a valid established business relationship under 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(f)(5).
c) State DNC rules in NJ, PA, and DE are fully observed.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Message delivery and timing depend on your mobile network and carrier.
SEK Productions LLC is not liable for delayed, failed, or misdelivered messages.
By participating, you release and hold harmless SEK Productions LLC, its affiliates, and service providers from claims arising from your use of the Program, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may amend these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions will appear at https://sekpro.com/sms-terms with a new “Effective Date.”
Continuing to receive or engage with messages after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, as applicable based on your residence, and by the federal laws of the United States.
Any dispute arising from the Program shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction of SEK Productions LLC’s principal office, unless otherwise required by law.
